Professor of Business and Organizational Psychology, Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, Dr. Lata Dyaram teaches Organization and Management Theory, Strategic HRM, Behavioural Lab, Organization Leadership and Transformation, and Organization Development, bridging theory and practice. With over two decades of experience spanning academia and industry, the Professor combines scholarly rigor with practical impact. Her research covers Organization and Management Studies, Work and Workplace Studies, Behavioural Science, Psychometrics, Psychophysiology, and Philosophy, with publications in leading journals. She has held key administrative roles and partners with industry to deliver tailored learning solutions across industry sectors. She leads Executive Education and Leadership Development programs, drives Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, and provides Performance Coaching, Mentoring, Psychometric Assessments, and globally
