Introduction to generative AI, what is GenAI? overview of generative models (text, image, video), LLMs, transformers, diffusion models
WEEK 2
How generative AI works, natural language processing (NLP) basics, concept of pre-training and fine-tuning, GPT, BERT, DALL·E – conceptual overview
WEEK 3
Business use cases of GenAI – functional perspective, marketing and content generation, customer service and virtual assistants, HR: resume screening, engagement
WEEK 4
Prompt engineering, role of prompts in controlling output, designing effective prompts, use cases: summarization, Q&A, ideation
